Mt. Holly prototype fully funded and under construction; completion targeted generally for September 2026, subject to construction conditions.
Funding
Westampton funding remains uncommitted; a DCA request that could support 4–8 units is pending.
Approvals
Salt & Light owns Block 1208, Lot 11; the revised 15-home site plan is under Westampton Planning Board review.
Next milestone
Complete Planning Board review, confirm capital funding, and finalize operating partnerships and construction-readiness materials.

Pathway Village combines private small homes, shared community infrastructure, and coordinated supportive services in a cost-conscious setting. The model is intentionally modest in scale: large enough to make a meaningful local impact, but small enough to manage responsibly, maintain safety, measure outcomes, and provide individualized support.
